  • Drink lots of water.

Considering the above, your macronutrient ranges should look as follows: 45-65% carbohydrates, 20-35% fats, and 10-35% protein.

It doesnt have to be complicated. If you need to count calories and macronutrients to start, do it! Once you get the hang of it, you will be able to eye things out. It doesnt have to be perfect, it just has to be balanced.
